Aniimo Cross Save — Link Your Account Across PC, PS5, Xbox & Mobile

Aniimo cross save guide: link your Aniimo Pass across PC, PS5, Xbox and mobile. The first-login popup appears once — skipping it permanently splits your account.

TL;DR
  • Cross-save works through the Aniimo Pass (an email master account); Steam, PSN, Microsoft and mobile logins are just doors into it.
  • Progress shares fully across all platforms within the same server — but servers (America / Europe / Apac) never share.
  • Critical: the PSN/Microsoft linking popup appears only once at first login. Skipping it registers a brand-new account that can never be merged.
  • PS5 servers are assigned by your PSN account region — check it matches your PC character's server before linking.

Aniimo's cross-save is genuinely full-featured — PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and mobile all share one save — but it has one trap that has already cost players their progress: the account-linking popup on consoles appears exactly once, and skipping it is irreversible. This guide walks through how linking works, the one-time popup, and the server rule that determines whether your platforms sync at all.

How the Aniimo Pass Works

The Aniimo Pass is an email-based master account; everything else is a login method hanging off it. Steam, Epic, PSN, Microsoft and mobile store accounts don't hold progress themselves — after linking, they all read and write the same Pass. Official FAQ wording: once you link an eligible PSN or Microsoft account with an Aniimo Pass email account, progress within a single server is fully shared across all platforms. That includes your Aniimo, items, story progress and even platform achievements syncing.

The One-Chance Console Popup

When a PSN or Microsoft account logs into Aniimo for the first time, the game shows a linking popup. This is the only moment an existing Aniimo Pass can attach to that console account. If you skip it — or mash through it — the console account automatically registers a brand-new Pass, and per official support there is no ticket, no tool and no workaround to merge them afterward. The safe procedure is simple: decide which Aniimo Pass email you're using before first console login, and choose "link" on that first popup.

The Server Rule Nobody Reads

Cross-save has a second gate: servers. Aniimo runs three — Aniimo-America, Aniimo-Europe and Aniimo-Apac — and data is completely independent between them. Two linked platforms on different servers still see nothing of each other. The sharpest edge case is PS5: your server is assigned automatically from your PSN account's registered region, so if your PSN region points to a different server than your PC character, linked progress still won't meet. Verify before linking.

Linking an Old Steam Beta Account

Played the closed betas on Steam? Your test account links through either the startup prompt or the in-game Email Link page, and beta rewards carry over into launch. Unlike the console popup, Steam email linking has no deadline — you can do it weeks later without losing anything.

What Cross-Save Does and Doesn't Cover

Linked accounts share: story progress, Aniimo collection, items, outfits, achievement/trophy progress and pre-order pack rewards (claimed on the purchasing platform's first character, then usable everywhere on that server). Not shared: progress across different servers, and — per official FAQ — cross-server progression is not supported in any form. Two consoles each with their own pre-order packs can claim both, as long as both link to the same Aniimo Pass.

Pre-Link Checklist (30 Seconds That Save Your Save)

Before your first console login: ① know your Aniimo Pass email (create one on the official site if needed); ② confirm your PSN account region maps to the server where your character lives; ③ when the popup appears, link — don't skip. On PC there's far less risk since Steam/Epic linking stays available through the in-game menu indefinitely. Do those three things and every platform you own becomes one continuous save.

FAQ

Does Aniimo have cross-save?

Yes. Aniimo supports full cross-progression: link your PSN, Microsoft, Steam or mobile store account to an Aniimo Pass email account and your progress shares across every platform on the same server. Achievements and trophies also sync after linking.

I skipped the linking popup on my console — what now?

Unfortunately the popup is a one-time offer. Skipping it created a fresh Aniimo Pass that cannot be merged with your existing account; official support has no workaround. Your PC/Steam account can still be linked separately (Steam email linking has no deadline), but the console profile stays separate.

Can PC and mobile play the same save?

Yes — mobile (launched September 23, 2026) joins the same cross-progression pool. Sign in with the same Aniimo Pass on the same server and your character, Aniimo and items carry over.
